How T-Ekspress OÜ processes personal data collected through the website and inquiry forms.

We process contact data submitted via quote and order forms (name, company, phone, addresses, cargo details) to answer inquiries and perform contracts.
Legal bases: legitimate interest in answering a request, and contract performance when you place an order.
Data is stored in our inquiry inbox and email. Order attachments (CMR, packing lists) are stored privately and are not public. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to dispatch and administration.
You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@tekspress.ee. Complaints can be filed with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
